Gite - sleeps 5 (double, twin and single bedrooms). A cot and highchair are available
12x5m Swimming Pool shared with owners.
In July and August the rental period for the gite is Saturday to Saturday - commencing 4pm on first day and terminating 10 am on the day of departure.
A returnable £50 security deposit is required per booking.
Linen/house towels are provided (please provide own towels for swimming pool). A cot and highchair are also available if required.
*Taxe de Sejour (local holiday tax): There is a charge of £1 per adult (over 18yrs), per night for the duration of your stay.
* Arrival /Departure times for short breaks: Arrival and departure times: Day of arrival - after 16.00 hrs. Day of departure 10.00 hrs
Weekly Rental Costs 2025
May £700 pw (plus electricity)
June £880 pw (plus electricity)
July and August £1200 pw
September £880 (plus electricity)
*please note: The swimming pool is not available in May
*Payment: 25% of rental cost required at time of booking.
The remaining 75% of rental cost, a £50 returnable security deposit per booking and the "Taxe de Sejour" (£1 per adult 18+ per night) are payable 8 weeks prior to the booked period.
Gite Short Break Rental Costs - Chezelet, Panzoult - Loire Valley France
The property is available for shorter breaks in the months of May, June and September:
May £110 per night.
June and September £135 per night.
Nearest airports to the property are Tours and Poitiers - serviced by Ryanair
Nearest TGV link is Tours with trains to Paris and Charles de Gaulle airport
